Russia’s Gazprom, France’s Engie ink deal on gas price revision
MOSCOW, Apr 12 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom, Gazprom Export and France’s Engie have signed an agreement to adjust price terms of the current gas supply contracts in accordance with agreements reached in March, Gazprom Export said in a statement late Monday.
The companies have also agreed to stop court proceedings.
In December 2015, Engie filed a suit against Gazprom Export to the Stockholm Arbitration Court seeking revision of the contracted gas price.
Gazprom earlier agreed to revise the gas price for Austria’s EconGas, Slovakia’s SPP and a number of Turkish companies.
